This is a very clean, updated design, Catalina 22.  It is the rare wing keel model with a 2’6” draft.  The sailboat has all the original foam inserts for the cushions.  New cushion coverings are required.  The teak trim needs to be sanded and re-oiled.  The bottom has recently been repainted with a marine anti fouling hard paint.  The New Design Catalina 22 gives this very popular sailboat a more modern and sleek look.
