    For you  today is a
    stunning and rare antique 19th Century English ironstone covered sauce tureen on stand.
    I can't remember when I last saw English saucer tureen on its original serving tray and such a beauty at that. I especially love the gold luster and green handles on this Imari decorated saucer tureen. As you can see it is a very elegant form light and delicate, not like the other ones that are round and squat.
    There are impressed marks on the tureen and serving plate but I can't make them out, regardless its a lovely piece of antique 19th Century English ceramic pottery.
