Argentina Real Estate 1889 Stock Certificate: 'Campos Elisedos' - Buenos Aires

This is a spectacular, early stock/bond certificate from 'Campos Eliseos,' Argentina.  A 300-pesos bearer share,  issued in Buenos Aires.
Stunning graphics including a large vignette of a recreational river and parkland scene with many different entertainments and an allegorical figure at the left. Black with pink and yellow underprint depicting sun rays. In Greek mythology The Elysian Fields are the final resting place for the virtuous and heroic, signifying a good place to be - consequently the name became popular with property developers when designing new townships and recreational parks.
It measures about 15.25" x 10.5" and is in generally clean condition with the original, even folds.
