It's tightly woven poly-cotton cloth resists snow and ice from building up, allowing you to feel the puck. A blended tape will last longer and perform better than cotton only tape. When it really matters, our generous helping of watertight adhesive ensures that your tape bonds firmly to your blade.
Howies clear tape is tough enough to keep your shin guards in place and stretchy enough to expand and contract with your muscles.  Howies built it using high grade 7.5 mil. polyethylene that conforms to the contours of your shin pad and leg, allowing for maximum comfort for long hours on the ice. Made with a super aggressive adhesive it will stick to almost anything and will last as long as you need it to.
