CONDITION:
This was a demo holding a few coin slabs for a short while, so it is virtually new, but can't be sold as brand new since we no longer have the box. A small finger smudge or two on the clear top and a couple of small surface scratches on the reverse are about the only minor defects we can see - So you save  lot of $$ on a great deal. We bought too many of these for our own use so we have this extra one we can sell,

International tracking is NOT available unless you request it in advance and pay extra for the service (not available to all countries).
International mail is  NOT insured unless you request it in advance and pay additional for Registered or Express mail  (if the U.S. Postal Service allows insurance or Registered or Express mail).
At seller’s discretion items might be sent through Federal Express, or another International Carrier in order to have a signature as proof of receipt. All international customs, duties, and other tariffs are the responsibility of the Buyer.
Export or Import: An export license may be required for the export of certain materials. Some countries prohibit the importation of certain materials. **  6) Items are not returnable. Sorry, I am an individual seller of personal property that I own, not a store or ebay seller that lists thousands of miscellaneous items as a career. **  7) Payment is  DUE in full within 2 days, paid through Paypal. Payment is only accepted in U.S. dollars.

**  10) SHIPPING – HANDLING TIME: Items are mailed out, on average, once a week by a service I employ to package and mail items, so if payment is received after they have been to the post office, your item may not go out until the following week. If you are in a rush, or need the item by a certain date, you will need to advise us in advance, make immediate payment after the auction ends, and pay for express or expedited shipping. If you do not pay for an expedited shipping method, we cannot be expected to seriously consider it a rush.
