Mirage 24 Sailboat - ready to splash and dash

Small, stable sailboat, perfect for learning to sail but capable of much more.  This boat was designed by C&C as a MORC (
Midget Ocean Racing Club) racer however, my wife and I have spent many weekends comfortably aboard.   The V-berth is big enough for 2 and there are 2 berths in the cabin.  This boat comes with all standing and running rigging, compass, depth sounder and porta potty.  Sails include an oversized main, a 150 genoa furling headsail and a spinnaker.  Also included are 5 sailboat stands for winter storage and a 6 hp Johnson Seahorse outboard with 3 gallon gas can.
For years, this boat was sailed primarily in the Plattsburgh/Burlington area on the wide part of Lake Champlain, my wife and I sailed it over a weekend from there to the narrower part of the lake just south of Fort Ticonderoga, it can sail to anywhere on Lake Champlain.  The mast is currently down so it could also be brought south through the Champlain canal to almost anywhere.
